Este o rela\u021bie \u00een care dou\u0103 moduri de a privi lumea se \u00eent\u00e2lnesc, se influen\u021beaz\u0103 \u0219i se rafineaz\u0103 reciproc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Felul de a vedea<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen esen\u021b\u0103, maestrul nu ofer\u0103 doar mut\u0103ri, secven\u021be sau principii strategice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceea ce transmite cu adev\u0103rat este felul de a vedea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un \u00eencep\u0103tor prive\u0219te tabla fragmentat, preocupat de detalii locale \u0219i de mutarea imediat\u0103. Un juc\u0103tor avansat vede \u00eens\u0103 direc\u021bia global\u0103, echilibrul for\u021belor, poten\u021bialul formelor \u0219i dinamica viitorului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prin contactul prelungit cu un maestru, discipolul \u00eencepe s\u0103 preia aceast\u0103 perspectiv\u0103 mai larg\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenva\u021b\u0103 nu doar \u201ece mutare s\u0103 fac\u201d, ci mai ales \u201ecum se g\u00e2nde\u0219te\u201d \u00eentr-o situa\u021bie complex\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea prin participare<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Discipolul nu \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 prin imitare mecanic\u0103, ci prin participare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cenv\u0103\u021barea nu curge \u00eentr-o singur\u0103 direc\u021bie. Maestrul ascult\u0103 \u00eentreb\u0103rile elevului, \u00eei observ\u0103 stilul natural, \u00eei remarc\u0103 instinctele bune \u0219i \u00eei vede zonele vulnerabile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O rela\u021bie s\u0103n\u0103toas\u0103 nu presupune impunerea unui stil unic, ci dezvoltarea poten\u021bialului individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un maestru autentic nu creeaz\u0103 copii ale sale. \u00cel ajut\u0103 pe discipol s\u0103 devin\u0103 propriul lui juc\u0103tor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transmiterea unei atitudini<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceea ce se transmite cu adev\u0103rat \u00een aceast\u0103 rela\u021bie este o atitudine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maestrul ofer\u0103, prin exemplu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>disciplina aten\u021biei<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calmul \u00een situa\u021bii tensionate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>modul de a privi gre\u0219eala f\u0103r\u0103 critic\u0103 personal\u0103<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>acceptarea neprev\u0103zutului<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>echilibrul dintre ambi\u021bie \u0219i modestie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceste lucruri nu se predau explicit.
