Dincolo de metafore \u0219i tradi\u021bie, exist\u0103 un lucru simplu \u0219i profund: jocul activeaz\u0103 \u0219i calmeaz\u0103 re\u021bele neuronale \u00eentr-un ritm aparte, model\u00e2nd felul \u00een care g\u00e2ndim, sim\u021bim \u0219i ne regl\u0103m interior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen fa\u021ba unei table lini\u0219tite, creierul alterneaz\u0103 \u00eentre concentrare, explorare, memorie, intui\u021bie \u0219i prezen\u021b\u0103. Aceste oscila\u021bii nu sunt \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103toare. Practicate \u00een timp, ele creeaz\u0103 un mod de func\u021bionare mai elastic, mai organizat \u0219i mai matur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aten\u021bia orientat\u0103 \u0219i flexibilitatea cognitiv\u0103<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Atunci c\u00e2nd prive\u0219ti o pozi\u021bie, creierul intr\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare de aten\u021bie orientat\u0103, asem\u0103n\u0103toare cu cea din rezolvarea problemelor logice. Se activeaz\u0103 re\u021beaua TPN (Task Positive Network), responsabil\u0103 de focus, planificare \u0219i analiz\u0103. Ea proceseaz\u0103 formele, presiunile locale \u0219i direc\u021biile globale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Particularitatea Go-ului este c\u0103 aceast\u0103 aten\u021bie nu r\u0103m\u00e2ne fixat\u0103 mult timp \u00eentr-un singur punct. Privirea se mut\u0103 constant, iar creierul alterneaz\u0103 \u00eentre detaliu \u0219i ansamblu. Se antreneaz\u0103 astfel un tip rar de aten\u021bie flexibil\u0103: capacitatea de a reveni la sarcin\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 rigiditate \u0219i de a schimba focusul f\u0103r\u0103 a pierde claritatea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00cen timp, acest ritm devine un antrenament cognitiv \u00een sine. Tabla este stabil\u0103, regulat\u0103, predictibil\u0103 \u00een limitele ei. T\u0103cerea, ritmul lent, repetitivitatea gestului \u0219i lipsa stimulilor agresivi transmit creierului un semnal de siguran\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aceast\u0103 structur\u0103 favorizeaz\u0103 activarea sistemului parasimpatic: respira\u021bia se ad\u00e2nce\u0219te, tensiunea scade, corpul intr\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare de calm func\u021bional.
